At the edge of the ice (Natural Geography, STX)

At Bovbjerg Klint, an international "geosite", a cross-section through the main ice sheet from the last ice age is visible. This unique geology is conveyed based on a walk along the beach. Along the way, guide blocks are identified that tell about the path of the ice here. Coastal erosion and protection, as well as landscape dynamics are other relevant themes for the tour.

Teaching can be carried out by Geopark Vestjylland, by prior arrangement.
